 MOOSHROOM NATIONS

Rules

Basic rules (1)

  1. Without a valid declaration of war, no player is to steal from or destroy the buildings of another player.
  2. No yelling, profanity, or similar in the public voice channel or in chat. Private channels have rules set by their owners.
  3. No player is to use mods currently unapproved by the admins. A list of approved mods is available on our website.
  4. No admin is to abuse their permission.

War declarations (2)

  1. Only the head of state may declare a war.
  2. After war is declared, there is an exact seven (7) day delay until the declaration takes effect. This means, if war was declared at Monday 22nd, 3pm, the declaration would take effect at Monday 29th, 3pm. The war declaration would not be active on any point before that, such as Monday 29th, 11am. This does not apply to pirate nations — a war declaration by a pirate nation immediately takes effect, as does a war declaration against a pirate nation.
  3. Only the attacker may end a war. This is known as a surrender. There is an exact seven (7) day delay until the declaration takes effect (see rule 2.2 for more information). This applies to pirate nations also.
  4. No nation may declare war on a nation that it has already declared war upon.
  5. War is declared by sending a message in the WAR-DECLARATIONS channel. The message should be in third person and take this format:
[attacking nation] declares war on [defending nation]. This declaration will take effect at [Date plus 7 days in DD/MM/YY format] on [Current time in 24-hr time, eg. 1500 for 3pm].”

Nations (3)

  1. Any area within the boundaries of the nation unclaimed by a member of said nation belongs to the nation who owns the territory.
  2. At any time, the head of state may remove a player from their nation. Said player’s property within that nation’s territory is transferred to that nation, as per rule 3.1.
  3. Any player may leave their nation at any time. If they do so, their property within that nation is transferred to the nation controlling the territory, as per rule 3.1.
